Immigration Detention & Bail Application

If you have been detained at an Immigration Removal Centre, this is when the Home Office will take steps to either remove or deport you from the UK. You will have a limited opportunity to apply to remain in the UK and stop any removal.  
You will also be entitled to make an application for Immigration bail before an Immigration Judge. Usually you will need to provide a residential address and a Financial Condition Supporter.
