This visa allows you to set up a business in the UK if you’re from outside of the European Economic Area. You will need to be endorsed by an authorised UK higher education institution and if your application is successful, you will be allowed to remain in the UK for up to 2 years. You may be able to switch to this visa if you are already on a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Visa or certain other visa. 

Innovator Visa Solicitors Glasgow

This visa will allow you to set up or run a business in the UK if you are from outside the European Economic Area and have had your business plan endorsed by an approved body. You must also have £50,000 in investment funds to apply for this visa.
